This collar takes the form of a small cape, featuring a floral pattern and a decorative, scalloped edge. It was handcrafted by Irena Skurzak, a lacemaker from Koniaków, without the use of any pre-existing template. The design is inspired by the natural world—a recurring theme in Koniaków lace for generations. Each individual element was crafted separately and then joined together, a process that required many hours of meticulous work.
