Washing silk garments requires gentleness and care. It's best to hand wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent designed for silk. Garments should be gently kneaded, avoiding rubbing or wringing. After washing, rinse in clean water, possibly adding a few drops of vinegar to restore shine. Dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If necessary, iron inside out at a low temperature, preferably through a thin fabric.
